Last Tuesday was the first session of six sessions long counseling which are distributed over 6 weeks. I was nervous and excited at the same time. Our team of counselors comprised of a nurse and a psychologist. There were 8 ladies /girls and three men attending the session. We were given warm welcome and we introduced ourselves. All were amused and surprised to know that I am passionate about blogging on the topics related to body fitness.
