Importance of Water

Last week, Wellington was warm and humid. Humidity for Auckland and Wellington was 100%. I was not in best of my health and had developed some rashes and was not really feeling well in this kind of weather. Alcohol was one of the reasons because of festive season. All theses factors put together had made me really lethargic. Then an idea struck. I got up in the morning and drank 5 glasses of water and repeated the same next day. Believe me, just in 2 days, I was back to normal self with all rashes gone.
Sometimes we ignore simple things in our lives because they are all available free and they are too important for our healthy existence.
